A note from the owner of Revival Home Design
About 20 years ago, my parents built a carriage house on their property in Granville Ohio. Over the years, that carriage house gave each of my four siblings a space to live independently when they needed it — a safe, flexible, and supportive solution for different stages of life. That experience showed me the power of ADUs to create opportunities, solve housing challenges, and bring families closer together.
Over the years, I’ve worked extensively in real estate in Columbus, managing flips, rehabs, and rental properties. Through that work, I’ve collaborated with dozens of contractors across the city, learned how to vet the best teams, and gained a deep understanding of how construction projects run from start to finish. I also have a passion for design and enjoy creating functional, beautiful spaces that maximize every square foot.
Now, I combine my real estate and design experience to help homeowners in Columbus make the most of their property with ADUs. Whether it’s a basement or garage conversion, a custom carriage house, or a detached backyard unit, I guide you through feasibility, city-approved or custom designs, and connect you with trusted contractors to bring your project to life.
